FCHS FCCLA Attends Fall Leadership Conference

Students from the Fannin County chapter of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) recently participated in a weekend leadership conference held September 15-16, 2016 at the FFA-FCCLA Center in Covington, Georgia. Over 1,200 students and advisers from 200 schools across Georgia participated in leadership workshops, planned the chapter’s program of work and participated in competitions at this location and in Fort Valley. Students were motivated by the conference theme “2016 Boot Camp.” Along with other advisers and members across the state, Fannin County’s FCCLA chapter advisers Lynn Burch and Lauren Travis accompanied 26 students members to the meeting.
